Changing Browser Text Size
Text size on Web sites created by New Vista, Inc. can be adjusted within your browser and the text will remain proportional to the page. Text on Web sites that are not standards compliant may or may not adjust and, if they do, they most often will not adjust proportionately making the Web site difficult to view and navigate.
